Duncan Bird Duncan is a rare and unique talent with a diversity of skills and experience. He joins Another Anomaly from Sony BMG in London, where he served as the Vice President of Futures and was responsible for developing new business models in the rapidly changing music industry.
Prior to joining Sony BMG, Duncan worked in marketing communications for 17 years. He launched his own agency, Soul in 2000, which he sold in 2005. Prior to Soul, he was a Director at Bartle Bogle Hegarty for 5 years. In addition, he served in senior roles at Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO, the UK's number one advertising agency and Leagas Delaney. Duncan is also an innovator and entrepreneur; he created a best-selling board game entitled Keepy Uppy The Game, which sold 150,000 units, making it into the top 10 games for Xmas in the UK. Duncan holds first-class honors in Business Studies and a Masters in Marketing from Manchester University, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and is a regular speaker on the convergence of entertainment, music, technology and brands. Natasha Jakubowski has been at the forefront of introducing brand strategy into the world of innovation helping clients re-imagine white space business opportunities. Prior to becoming a Partner at Another Anomaly, Natasha was a Partner and Strategic Director at Redscout, an Innovation Consultancy, where she led the strategic development of new business ideas, brands, and products across diverse clients such as Johnson & Johnson, PepsiCo and Diageo among others.
Prior to Redscout, Natasha served as part of the senior Strategic Planning Team at Kirshenbaum Bond, working on marketing and communications strategy for brands including Edward Jones, Meow Mix and Equal. In addition, she has global brand strategy experience on everything from Heinz, to JP Morgan. Natasha holds first-class honors from Oxford University, and a Masters in Media and Communications. James Cooper is one of the world's most awarded creative directors. James comes to Another Anomaly from Dare in London, where he was Executive Creative Director and owner. During his tenure, Dare won the coveted Agency-of-the-Year award three times. He has pulled in every major award for brands such as: Kodak, IBM, Ford, Orange, American Express, BT, Samsung, Motorola and Unilever.
Prior to Dare, James served as Creative Director at Agency Republic where he won London's Agency-of-the-Year in 2004. From 1999 to 2003, James served as Deputy Creative Director at Ogilvy in London where he led holistic 360 teams overseeing and producing work across media platforms including web, wireless, iTV and CRM programs. James's leadership in London, led him to the judging of several important awards shows and developing industry Associations including: Campaign Digital Awards, IAB Creative Showcase, BIMA, founded the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) awards Young Creatives Network and member of Creative Directors Forum and Creative Social. James has won over 40 creative awards from the most famous judging bodies including: One Show, New York Festival, Campaign, Cyberlions, Webbys, IAB, DMA Gold, Revolution Grand Prix, BIMA, IMAA, LIAA, EMMA. |
